eValueSoftware.com's customer service team will provide instructions to process the return.

eValueSoftware.com will exchange, refund, or credit merchandise returns made within 30 days of the ship date of the product subject to manufacturer's policies.

In most cases for software purchases, as long as a boxed product has not been opened or a downloaded/licensed product has not been installed and activated, the return will be accepted. Specfic manufacturers may require additional information or instructions.

Each return is credited in the same manner as payment. Returns are only accepted with a Return Merchandise Authorization. Packages without the proper RMA number will not be accepted for return or refund.
